1998 Heywood Associates is formed to source Accountancy recruitment consultants for Heywood Research clients.

1999 Heywood Associates expands recruitment to recruitment solutions to a wider audience in the Banking, Commercial, Executive Search and IT recruitment sectors.

2000 Heywood Associates increases its recruitment to recruitment portfolio to include Construction & Technical and Not For Profit. Geographical reach is expanded to provide solutions to recruitment firms across the UK, US and Asia. Heywood becomes the first recruitment to recruitment firm to be accepted as a full member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

2001 Heywood Associates increases its recruitment to recruitment portfolio to include the Insurance and Legal sectors.

2003 Heywood Search is established to provide bespoke and mainly retained search to search solutions to marzipan and board level Search Firms and Interim Management providers. Heywood Search acquires Heywood Associates’ portfolio of search clients.

2006 Heywood Sales is established to recruit Sales Managers and Directors for the Building & Construction sector.

2007 Heywood Associates signs a strategic two-way partnership agreement with a leading Australian recruitment to recruitment business with offices across the Country.

2007 Heywood OnSite is established to recruit OnSite, InHouse and RPO recruiters and managers to the Financial, Professional, Commercial and Not For profit sectors.
