Simon Gee MREC – Managing Director
Simon is the Founder and Managing Director of Heywood and has worked within the recruitment sector for over than 13 years. After spending a number of years in equity trading and property finance, he fell into the recruitment sector and decided that this could be the start of a great career.
As a recruiter, Simon personally focuses on Financial Markets search and Interim Management assignments. He is also actively involved in assisting recruiters raise funding for their companies and is involved in some M&A activity.
Simon was a co-founder of Supporta Plc, a support service business that listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in February 2001.
Simon regularly attends and contributes to the REC’s Recruitment to Recruitment Sector Group. He is married with two teenage boys and enjoys golf and travelling.
Jane Lamont – Finance & Marketing Director
Jane is Heywood’s Finance & Marketing Director and has been with the business since the start. Jane ensures that we don’t spend too much money and is normally the first one on the case when money is outstanding. Jane is also the first point of contact for Heywood Research enquiries.
Prior to joining Heywood Jane spent many years in publishing.
She is a dog lover, enjoys gardening, travel and spending time with her grandchildren.
